Pho 78 located in Westminster, Colorado serves traditional Vietnamese food. In 2019 we were rated the best Asian restaurant in Westminster. We have been dedicated to serving the best pho in the Denver metro area making sure all our customers want to come back. We have many different options varying from vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free.

Our most popular dish is our Vietnamese pho soup. These dishes consist of hot broth covering rice noodles, a mixture of different herbs and your choice of meat. The meats can have different variations including chicken, flank, steak, and more. Popular herbs that our customers crave are bean sprouts, basil, and jalapenos with even more to choose from.

I have been frequenting this establishment since before the new owners came into the picture and all I can say is the quality has increased exponentially. The new owners are so nice and suggest new things for me to try. I lived in Vietnam for 5 years and haven't had food this good since I was there. In particular I enjoyed the combo noodle bowl and the combo rice. The grilled beef on the combo rice is so tender it melts in your mouth. If you are looking for the real deal viet food in Westminster, look no further!

Local fave spots here in Westminster. Busy on the weekend evenings. I love their combo noodle bowl, the grilled meats are very fragrant and have that distinctive sweet and savory southeast asian spices!

Good food. Service was excellent with the waiter detailing how to eat the food correctly which is great for tourists who are unaware. We knew the correct way but the waiter proceeded to show us anyway, which was fine but would have been nice if he asked asked first, we would have rather got stuck into our food. Also the staff ask patrons to submit a 5 star review to boost their rating which I find questionable. Good visit either way.
